AWM LPO Payoffs are designed for low speed applications like cabling, jacketing or rewind lines. Each unit is ruggedly constructed for highly efficient and smooth operation from low inertia starts through high-speed operations up to 750 fpm (225 mpm). The efficient shaftless design reduces reel changing down time. Easily adjustable reel arbors reduce operator reel change time.

Pneumatically powered reel lifting and lowering. Reel width range is simply adjusted by sliding the pintle shaft. High-capacity radial and thrust bearings support reel pintles and minimize friction during low inertia starts.
